Keep the .zip file in your Downloads folder (or just move and keep future downloads/updates to the same folder each time) to make future updates easy.
To update your current "installation", just download the .zip from the Download button, and extract it into the same folder your current files are in.
IMPORTANT: When extracting, make sure to replace all files. To make sure it works best, delete your current file set/folder and do a fresh extract.
